Level measurement equipment from Endress + Hauser overcomes the problems associated with traditional guided radar level analysis, which can lead to unstable values if obstacles in a vessel produce false echoes.

The Levelflex FMP5x range features groundbreaking technology and uses a multiple-echo solution to set a new standard in liquid level measurement. The instruments guide high-frequency radar pulses along the probe and uses the PulseMaster monitoring software built-in to eliminate false echoes and maintain signal integrity. This ensures accurate and reliable level measurement readings to allow operations to continue at optimum productivity.

This measuring level kit features active gas phase compensation to maintain accuracy and control and readings remain precise and independent of material characteristics and environmental variables.

Menu-guided setup reduces installation time and effort, further boosting productivity, while the role-specific structure means different operating levels are available to suit the user and task at hand. With no moving parts and configuration settings stored to the device memory, maintenance is kept to a minimum.

 

 

FMP50

The FMP50 offers reliable level measuring for changing medias and comes factory recalibrated to allow users to get up and running as quickly as possible. It is an economically attractive basic device suited to supply and storage applications, as well as utility processes, with a range up to 12 m, temperature range of -20 to 80 degrees C and pressure from -1 to 6 bar.

FMP51

The FMP51 ensures reliable level measuring in case of moved surface and foam and is easily integrated into control or asset management systems. The premium device is ideal for level and interface measurement in liquids at a range of up to 45 m, in temperatures from -40 to 200 degrees C and pressures from -1 to 40 bar.

FMP52

Next in the Levelflex range is the FMP52, which further builds on the capabilities of the previous level measuring equipment. This premium device features a coated probe for use in aggressive liquids and uses FDA-listed materials. It has a range of up to 45 m and operating conditions of -50 to 200 degrees C and -1 to 40 bar.

FMP53

The FMP53 is particularly suited to level measurement in liquids and hygienic applications and offers reliable measuring in case of moved surface and foam, for changing medias and for filling via spray head. It is ASME BPE and USP Class VI compliant with a measuring range of up to 6 m and can be used at -20 to 150 degrees C and -1 to 16 bar.

FMP54

FMP54 level measuring equipment is suited to dust applications and in high temperature or pressure applications. It has a measuring range of 45 m and operates at -196 to 450 degrees C and -1 to 400 bar.

FMP55

FMP55 level measuring equipment gives reliable readings in emulsions and is ideal for the oil and gas, chemical and power industries, thanks to its coated multiparameter probe for interface measurement. It features safe measured values for both the interface layer and the overall level by a redundant measuring system, has a range of 10 m and works at -50 to 200 degrees C and -1 to 40 bar.

FMP56

FMP56 is suited for level measurement in bulk solids in dusty atmospheres, high and narrow silos and vessels and obstacles. It is a cost-effective basic but reliable device with a measuring distance of 12 m and operating conditions from -40 to 120 degrees C and -1 to 16 bar.

FMP57

Level measurement in bulk solids in dusty conditions, high and narrow silos and vessels and obstacles is also possible with FMP57. With a measuring range of up to 45 m and operating conditions of -40 to 150 degrees C and -1 to 16 bar, it is a premium device.
