Is your processing plant safe? Can you be sure that if a cataclysmic event occurs, will your plant a) survive? b) if not, will the surrounding environment suffer? or c) will you be able to resume production after repairs taking a few weeks?

As an Engineer that has travelled widely in pursuit of both his and other people’s business over a long career, I have managed to work and live in a number of oil-rich countries and visited another in 1985, just at the time when I had to flee from the advancing enemy.
